Meet Nathan Colmer
I am a full-time real estate agent and investor based out of New Jersey. I first came to Rochester MN in 2008 to help my mother with her doctor appointments, and we have been coming back ever since! I live at the beach (the photo on this webpage was taken at the end of my street), which is a very different experience compared to Southern Minnesota, but my family and I love the area. My family and I enjoyed visiting Rochester very much, so we decided to buy a condo to use when we were in town. That led to buying more condos, and now we rent several out. We value the Mayo Clinic's services and feel fortunate to participate in what makes Rochester so special. ​We work hard to ensure we deliver a quality rental to our guests. Each of our units has been renovated and improved to ensure a comfortable stay while in Rochester.
